We do not create, own, or operate any listed group or channel, and we are not responsible for messages, media, or conduct within them. Once you follow a listing's invite link and join a group or channel, you are interacting directly with that community and its administrators on WhatsApp or Telegram's own platforms, entirely outside of Groupverse's control. Any disputes, disagreements, or issues that arise from content shared, decisions made, or interactions that occur inside a third-party group are between you and that group's members and admins, not Groupverse.
Inclusion of a group or channel in our directory, including any "Sponsored" or "Verified" labeling, does not constitute an endorsement of its content, products, or services. A "Verified" badge reflects that a listing has passed our basic submission review at a point in time — it is not an ongoing certification, and it does not guarantee that the group's content, admin conduct, or member behavior will remain consistent with what was reviewed at listing time. Similarly, a "Sponsored" label reflects a paid placement arrangement, not a quality assessment, and should not be interpreted as Groupverse vouching for that group over any unpaid listing.
Groupverse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or continued availability of any listing. We do not warrant that invite links will remain functional, that groups will remain active, or that the content of any group will remain consistent with its listed description over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Groupverse and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site, your reliance on any listing, or your participation in any third-party group or channel discovered through this directory. A group's stated topic, language, or region at the time of submission may drift over time as admins change direction, ownership of a group transfers, or membership shifts — Groupverse cannot guarantee that a listing remains accurate indefinitely after it goes live, which is part of why we rely on the community's own flagging and reporting to help keep the directory reasonably current.
Anyone submitting a group or channel to Groupverse is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for ensuring that the group or channel itself complies with WhatsApp's and Telegram's own terms of service, as well as applicable law. Groupverse's review process is a basic check against our own submission guidelines and is not a substitute for the submitter's own compliance obligations.
We may update this disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in how Groupverse operates or to clarify existing language. The version posted on this page at any given time is the version that applies, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
By using Groupverse, you agree to hold Groupverse, its operators, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the directory, your submission of a listing, or your participation in any group or channel discovered through this site.
